In order to submit a proposal for presentation to the seminar you must create an account on this site in New account
When you log in the column on the right you will see the option "Register paper" from there you can register your work.

Do not forget to observe the requirements and deadlines:

• Registration papers and sending executive summary (500 words) :
  October 5th, 2018
• Approval papers:
  October 12th, 2018
• Submission of full papers:
  October 26th, 2018
• Celebration Seminar:
  November 5 and 6, 2018
• Sending of the complete document:
  October 25th, 2018
